Format: Ongoing and small group; limited to 8 members.

Cost: $99 per month. Includes two sessions per month.
Group Pre-Screening: Required to ensure the that you are a good fit for the group.

This group is for new moms with an infant or toddler, 6-24 months. Being a new mom is full of emotions ⁠— joy, fear, sadness, confusion, love, exhaustion. Overwhelm often becomes baseline. Pause, take a dose of self-compassion, share your story, and hear others. You are not alone. Here, we speak honestly about the ups and downs of being a new mom. 

Because of these unique emotional hallmarks of motherhood, we may miss out on opportunities to connect with and receive support from other new moms. So let’s come together in a safe space to support each other on our unique parenting journeys. Let’s learn and grow together.
