Welcome pregnant and postpartum women to our "Baby and Me" Mindfulness Class. This online class will help you learn how to use mindfulness in your daily routine and improve maternal health. Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can help you live with greater calm and balance.

When we practice mindfulness, we cultivate self-care skills that are essential for women. Scientists postulate that the development of mindfulness leads to non-judgmental and non-reactive acceptance of experience, which is associated with positive psychological and physical outcomes. Training gives special attention to one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help us learn how to stay present and nurture our inner selves and child.
